Michael "Chip" DiStasio has lived and worked in Seoul Korea since 1984. Michael has served on the Board of Governors for Seoul Foreign British School for the past eight years, where he served as chair for seven years. In March 2012, he received an MBE for the promotion of British education in Korea. Michael is also head of the Compliance Committee at the BCCK.

Mr. Damico has a combined Fifty years of food operations experience with the US. military, federal, and commercial food service operations, including; dining facility operations, subsistence management, distribution, and warehousing, Army policy development, contracting operations.

Mr. Skobel has a combined Twenty plus years of technology experience. Twenty plus years’ experience in developing and implementation of processes, policies and improvements. Ten plus years’ experience in corporate compute infrastructure including end-devices, on-premise servers, and cloud.
